Resilience is Learnable
Research has shown that people with high resilience are more capable of navigating life’s obstacles and challenges in a healthy way, growing stronger and more adaptable with every setback.
Research also shows that high personal resilience can have many wellbeing benefits, including lower stress levels, enhanced autonomy, and more vitality.
The best part, according to the research, is that it’s learnable.
So, if resilience is a fundamental asset in our journey through life, why aren’t we all studying this personal strength as much as possible?
The reason is that resilience isn’t a single skill that we can target.
To cultivate the mindsets, behaviors, and qualities of a resilient person, we need to better understand the processes and elements behind it.
The Resilience Workshop is designed to walk you through everything you need to fully understand this cultivable trait and become the most resilient version of yourself that you can be.
“Resilience is that ineffable quality that allows some people to be knocked down by life and come back stronger than ever. Rather than letting failure overcome them and drain their resolve, they find a way to rise from the ashes...Even after a misfortune, resilient people are blessed with such an outlook that they are able to change course and soldier on.”
― Matt Dale, APS Psychologist & Director of Incorporate Psychology
