How long does this program take to complete?

This is a 6 session program, starting upon enrollment and moving forward at a weekly pace for six sessions to be completed at your own pace.

What is the format of the Resilience Workshop?

The workshop is presented via recorded video session, viewed on-demand in the classroom space. Plan time to work weekly throughout six weeks to master the content.

How much time do I need to complete the workbook exercises? What will that look like?

Each session typically includes one to three workbook activities to complete at your own pace. Two example assignments include a values exploration exercise and keeping a thought diary. You will receive a well-developed downloadable workbook upon enrolling in this workshop.

I’ve tried apps and short courses before to build my resilience, and I didn’t have very much success. How do I know that this program will be different?

The strategies, resources, and qualities that help us cope, adapt, and thrive are essentially personal. For example, we all experience different emotions in response to stress or challenges and employ unique coping strategies for dealing with obstacles. Unlike many apps and courses, this Resilience Workshop goes beyond generic techniques to approach resilience from an evidence-based perspective. Each week, you’ll explore and apply the science and skills in the context of your own life and work so that what you learn is not just theoretical but genuinely applicable to your personal circumstances and challenges.
